Clear-sky UVI index from standard smart-phone resources was multiplied by CMF derived from cloud fraction observations at the site. These all-sky UVI estimates were integrated over time until 1 MED threshold was reached. The cloud observations were taken every 30 minute and cmf values were calculated for 5 cloud-cover categories.

UVI was measured at the moment of starting sunbathing. The smart-phone application provided UVI time series with 1-minute resolution assuming constant cloud cover as it was at the start. Such all-sky UVI estimates were integrated over time until 1 MED threshold was reached.
